Took an online assessment that was focused around problem solving and some coding. Next got a phone interview with someone from HR typical behavioral. Last step was a zoom interview where an hour was spent discussing what Epic provides, an hour about what the role is and then about an hour interview where interviewer asks case related questions.

How would you deal with a client that wants a answer sooner than the provided deadline?
30 minute phone call with a technical solutions engineer, questions were related to interest in the role and long term career goals rather than technical questions. He also asked about relocating and if that’s something I would be considering.

Interview
Started with info sessions. Then broke into a room with an interviewer who asked me to assess a scenario. After that, I had an HR interview. All of these in 1-2 hours on the same day.
Initial phone interview (basic questions about resume, why interested in company and role), skills assessment (multiple parts- personality test, math and logic and coding sections), longer final interview with case study and behavioral questions.
