Epsilon Client Services Manager interview questions

I have attached the Skype interview for the Client Service Manager role. There were two managers conducted the interview and asked only one question. I have received an email from HR team that I haven't cleared the interview. I was really surprised to see how come someone decided the candidate potential by asking only one question within 3-5 minutes. I would really appreciate the concerned team to have a look and stop conducting these type of just for name sake interviews and stop wasting candidate's time if you are genuinely not conducting the interviews. You will lose the trust as company and nobody will be interested to work in such environment
