Epsilon Database Administrator DBA interview questions

there were 2 technical rounds where the question was in medium range including sql,c++,questions about the project the third round was HR..it included simple questions like hobbies,goals etc the interview process took over 3hrs and was smooth and average difficulty

They called me for interview several times for Oracle DBA position and both times, I have done very well and they got rejected. So later I have discussed with some of the DBA in epsilon, his answer no one will get selected they just call for name sake. they only hire the people's who already worked under DBA director and Sr,Manager. after you join in to the comapany also you wont get any hike and benefits it seems. So My request for all people please dont attend the interview in EPSILON ever.
