They were mass hiring and the interview consisted of total 3 rounds: 1. Technical 2. Managerial 3. HR Interview was scheduled at 12:00 pm through a consultancy. I reached the venue at 11:30 and found that this was a mass hiring as there were almost 60+ people present for interview. My Turn came at 4:30 pm !! Round 2 : Managerial Round (15 Mins) Q's: tell me about urself walk me through your daily activities do you have past exp. in interacting with client. what if i give you monitoring work salary expectation when can you join are you ok with Night shifts Interviewer was "OK", he was not looking at me during the whole interview, he was staring at my resume :D :D :D After this round the selected one's were asked to wait. Finally someone came and told that final HR round will be taken over telephone in next 2-3 days. After "21 Days" i got call from HR without any prior interview schedule Round 3 : HR (15 mins) tell me about urself situation where u faced problem why are you leaving your current company salary expectation After another 20 Days i Got the offer.
