Had one round of telephonic interview and one round of face to face interview. In the face-to-face interview, there were 2 rounds and asked technical questions in both the rounds. After the face to face round, there was one more round of telephonic interview that was supposed to happen but didn't happen. They changed their mind and stopped hiring for this position. I am very disappointed. They lack decision-making skills.
