Interview

The interview was fairly easy, she focused on my resume and asked me to elaborate on my responsibilities at my previous employer. The only drawback was the wait. I was told I'd hear back in a week whether I was chosen or not, however, I ended up waiting almost two. By that time I had already assumed I was not given the position.

Interview
Brief, conversational interview, assessing primarily behavioral fit. Company employs very talented individuals but there is a strong emphasis on making sure you fit the culture and can do well with their product mix. US operations are small and inhouse training is not as robust as larger organizations, so they need people who can hit the ground running and perform from day one.
