This was for a position in Sydney, Australia. HR was 'very concerned' about my age (!**!*!)
I interviewed with the hiring manager via video conference. I seemed to spend a great deal of my time on the call listening to the manager talk about himself, and the scope of three basic parts of the job. You have to listen carefully because English is his second language, he speaks very very quickly, and he is very hard to understand over a poor telephone conference line. The hiring manager was nice, but I think he would be hard to work for as he made a variety of assumptions without verification back to me about my responses - mainly a communication problem between two different accents. Most of all, I was soooo disappointed in HR saying that they were concerned about my age, I am only in my late 40s.

Question 1
Questions about security certificates but not really any other technical questions because the manager just focused on explaining the role in depth.
