I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Equifax (Atlanta, GA) in Dec 2023
Interview
- Applied online, got a call in the morning from recruiter within 1 week
- Recruiter was friendly on the phone and talked a lot, but did not send follow up information until the next day and did not respond to my follow up emails with questions
- Interview was scheduled for two days later, the recruiter said it would be a behavioral interview however it was actually a technical interview
- The man interviewing me did not say hello or introduce himself, just said that he did not have the time for pleasantries. Then immediately jumped into technical questions and regularly cut me off during my responses to ask more questions in an interrogative/condescending manner. He also did not answer my questions for him at the end of the interview
- Received a rejection email a week later
