Question 1
What setback did you have that made you pivot from your original choice?
Two interviews with a senior manager and the department lead and each takes 30 min. Firstly they go over the resume and talk about relevant projects and professional experience. Then they ask some basic finance questions and some open questions for creative thinking.

Question 1
Q: In what way do you think the finance functions will go to in the future?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Equinix (Tampa, FL) in Sep 2018
Interview
I submitted an application via LinkedIn and was contacted for a video interview a few days later. I did the video interview through HireVue, it was about 6 typical interview questions such as “what do you know about the company”... after the video interview was completed I was told everything looked great and was asked to do a phone interview with the hiring manager the next day. The phone interview went well, the hiring manager went into detail about the job/team and I was then invited in for an in person interview later that same week (they were looking to fill the position quickly) . Next, I interviewed with 4 people total, 3 in-person and 1 person on Skype. Each of the in-person/Skype interviews were about 30 min and the entire process lasted about 2 hours. The questions were simple, mostly behavioral and situational. Everything went well and we even talked about potential start dates, compensation, and everything that suggested I would be offered the position. I followed up 2 weeks later and never heard back.
