Process took 1 day. Had a phone call with one of the employees and he asked a couple of questions. Pretty straightforward, and the main point is to look at fit with the company.

Very straightforward, just need to prepare basic behaviroal. Just be yourself, talk about why you are interested, what skills you want to develop at Equinix, and what your expectations are. The recruiter is pretty young too so the process is not bad at all.
