Equinix interview questions

Very quick response and interest- their internal recruiter and the hiring manager both contacted me separately the day after I submitted my resume online. I spoke with the hiring manager and we completed a brief phone discussion and I was asked to come in for a face to face within days. During the face to face with the hiring manager and another leasing associate the interview was pretty basic, straightforward and easy, just going over my resume and assessing my skills to see how I fit in this job. They stumbled a little over one question & I got the impression she was uncomfortable with my longevity. I left feeling the interview went very well. I followed up with a thank you email & the hiring manager responded that we would do a 2nd interview the following week....but I never heard from her...another week went by and I emailed the hiring manager to inquire about her request for a 2nd interview - she was apologetic and her response was that they were super busy. She requested that we set up another meeting the following week. I took the initiative and let her know that I would make myself accessible to accommodate her busy schedule...the following week, again, the hiring manager did not followup. At this point I don't feel the hiring manager had respect for my schedule.
