I applied online and reached out to someone on LinkedIn because I was very excited about the position. I got emailed for an interview the next day at 7 PM at night. The interview was 2 hours away from where I lived, but again I was very determined so I went the next day in rush hour. When I got there the person interviewing me actually hid from me. I was waiting for 25 minutes and I watched her duck behind someone and LAUGH. Now she is not a 20 year old giggling girl, but an obvious 40ish year old adult. Again I was really wanting the position so I brushed it aside as I was interviewed by her and another senior district manager. It was obvious the whole interview they weren't interested in me and I was wasting my time. That they were just going through the motions but had the person they wanted. No respect for my time or me as a person. The other interviewer was very pleasant and kind. I have no qualms with her. I still continued to follow up twice on the interview via email and was really kind. No response. It was one of the worst and caddy experiences I have ever had in an interview. I was qualified for the position but it was a waste of my time. Over 4 hours of drive time not even to get a thank you for coming.
