All pretty straightforward with some curveball questions.generally about experience in sales, work ethic, why equinox etc.

Interview
It started with a virtual interview where you had prompts and filmed yourself answering them. Once you started the interview you could not pause it. From there there are 3 other in person interviews. One with a Regional Sales Manager then 2 more with Sales Director and General Manager.

Sales experience and how you’d handle certain situations
You have to do a video for the application process. They do a phone call interview first and then they schedule an in person interview. After that they reach out within a couple days if you get an offer.
