The interview for retail sales associate role was insightful. The interviewer was professional and friendly, focusing on customer service skills and fitness knowledge. Positive experience overall. Interview was very simple. About 20-30 min.

Question 1
1. Can you tell us about your previous experience in a customer-facing role? 2. How familiar are you with the fitness industry and Equinox's offerings? 3. How do you approach building relationships with potential customers?
Short, lasted no more than 15 min. I was interviewed by the general manager and retail supervisor. Only asked me two questions, none related to the job itself. They said they would get back to me but never did despite a referral.
Phone interview with recruiter, followed by 3 in person interviews with district manager, store location manager, etc. - the process was pretty lengthy for what is basically a minimum wage retail job.
