Equinox Management interview questions

The recruiter seemed very discombobulated and distracted. She was friendly but also “all over the place”. This was concerning for me because it is a reflection of what I might expect from employer as a whole. Obviously we all need to be adaptable in changing environments but it just didn’t feel right once the discussion was over.
