I was interviewed at Ericsson for mid level data engineer position.
Two interview rounds happened followed by a salary discussion. This took 1 week.
Post that they said we will release offer letter later due to there offer letter tool is freeze.
I waited for 3 weeks and then another HR told me the hiring is also freeze.
This is there normal procedure, I have heard similar case of one of my known person.
Moral of the story: Don't think you will get offer letter even if salary negotiation has happened.
