Ericsson Engineering interview questions

First Interview was technical on the background and on the field applying for (Communications Engineering ). Second Interview was with the leader of the Department that i work in and was about personality and soft skills. Third Interview was with the manager was generic and more informative .

Was called through a recruiting agency. The JD forwarded was different than the open positions for which the interviews were being conducted. The profile dint match and hence dint proceed with the process. Was asked that I will be informed of requirements matching my profile as and when there is any opportunity.
