Applied through LinkedIn and HR from Indonesia contacted me within weeks. She did the primary screening for around half an hour and insists to attend a face to face interview with the line manager by the same day. Rescheduled all of my activities and attended the interview.
The next day their Malaysia HR emailed & requested to submit all of my papers by next day's 1st hour. Organized all the required papers and start submitting in the next morning. Got WhatsApp message from their Malaysia HR concern that they will prepare the offer that's why they are rushing!! What a rush!!
After one and half month of waiting got regret mail with the cause of skill set mismatch!! Surprised to see such a lame excuse. What you have screened in the interview & why rushed to collect the papers and didn't bother to say that you are going to prepare the offer??
