There was a presentation and one to one interview, and after that we did group discussion about a case study. the interview was online because of this pandemic. The interview was okay not too hard they are testing your personality and how can you engage with others more than the technical skills.

Question 1
It was about 5G technology, iot, basic of communication.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Ericsson (Melbourne) in May 2023
Interview
The whole process is very confusing. The first round was a recorded video interview with some behavioural questions. The second one is some logic testing. However, after that, they just never get backed to me. Totally ghosted.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Ericsson in Aug 2022
Interview
It took them a while to get to me after I submitted my CV via the website.
First I had an online interview with the recruiter and other team members which went well I believe, although they were a bit taken back after hearing that I had a different nationality.
I was invited to a group study the day after, and it went well on my part I answered all the questions given to me and got to know the other candidates, we were told that the results will be out three days later, but I didn't hear back weeks after and when I contacted them they told me, although I had all the qualification for the job I can't be accepted because of my nationality (I hold a resident permit and a valid work permit, and I am on the way to get the citizenship).
I also would like to mention that the job description never stated that you had to look a certain way or hold a certain nationality to apply, after all, this is a company that is claiming "Diversity" and "Inclusivity" as their main values.
It was a very disappointing experience that left me feeling sad for being treated this way just because of my ethnicity.
