there were three rounds of interview including project manager round.Even though i cleared all these rounds, Hr interview did not happen. i have followed them twice for Hr interview and got reply that it ll happen. i found it quite unprofessional and unreasonable.

First there was HR Screening after then Technical Round. Process was good, smooth, HR was in each step. Questions were based on Stat, ML, Algo, Gen AI, Regression, classification,Models, Resume
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Ericsson (North Twenty Four Parganas) in Mar 2024
Interview
The interview process was very smooth and provided great sense of experience. Japan really looks deep into the knowledge of employees and their skills regarding multitasking which is a very positive side.
