Very thorough, very professsional
Multiple rounds with direct manager, HR and later with future team members
Very open conversational style
Meetings with head of business
Strong focus on past work experience and role expectations
Three good interviews and then ghosted by hiring manager and HR. Sad they have to be chased to get feedback. For senior positions or any other position, specially on these times, there should be more respect for the individuals going through the process.

Interview
The interview process happened in my college. Though i couldn't get cleared it was simply a good experience and it let me to improve myself in various aspects. The key point to get through is CONFIDENCE. Confidence is the first and foremost factor. Secondly, of course, Knowledge. If you have a good Confidence level and enough knowledge, you could definitely get through. Be clear with what you've put on your resume. Being uncleared with your resume is enough to pull you down.
