It's an easy process, good hands-on with the networking protocols is a must along with some working experience in similar companies like Nokia, Cisco, Huwaei, etc
Basics should be clear and should have thorough understanding of OSPF, BGP, ISIS etc.

1. Telephonic round, normally they ask your current profile and daily doing , notice period and all
2.Technical round mostly on protocol and mpls
3. OSPF and its packet types
4.ARP, ICMP , traceroute they ask basics

Interview
There are 3 rounds of interview. Ist round is technical and related to job .if you clear Ist round then you meet Line manager .and then finally HR round.They are very humble and respect you.you will be pleased to meet HR.
