I applied on hh.ru and got message in whatapp from HR. We communicated there and had a small interview by videocall. 3 days lated i had videocall with a head of department. she was really nice and asked standart questions about me and my experience. She asked a lot of questions what do i like to do at work . they were searching trainee who would work for 4 months, learn everything for 2 weeks and wont disturb collegues and no chance for constant work.
unorganized set up, group interview style with 3 basic interview questions about why you wanna work there and how you handle feedback, and then a group activity to see how you work with groups
Positive overall but important to be prepared as towards the last stages can be really specific and quite complex. But all the interviewers were friendly and receptive and informative, so a good process overall.
