First I had a 30 minutes call, then about 2 weeks latter I had an onsite interview. 2 people interviewed me. First the HR manager - she was a bit superficial and asked just general behavioral questions, nothing special. And a Director who talked a lot about the company and about the role. He asked me a few questions about myself, i asked a few questions about the team and the job in general. They told me they’ll get back with an answer in 3 – they never did. I wrote a couple of follow-up emails that were also left unanswered.

just a couple rounds - all behavioural, nothing of note but a snobbish environment. made allusions to a toxic work environment many times ... stressful/fast-paced, etc. would not really recommend given company performance

I was headhunted by the HR Director for a role, but the process felt rushed as they were eager to fill the position. Unfortunately, the hiring manager arrived late to the interview and had not reviewed my resume beforehand. Overall, I found the experience disorganized and unprofessional.

Das Vorstellungsgespräch war sehr strukturiert und professionell. Die Fragen waren fair und zielgerichtet. Der Prozess sehr war effizient und gut organisiert, mit schneller Rückmeldung und freundlicher Atmosphäre. Insgesamt eine positive Erfahrung.
