The interview process involved multiple rounds. Questions ranged from a mix of behavioral and technicals (based on the team you are interviewing for). HR is very communicative in the process. Overall very smooth sailing.

Tell me about yourself. What stands out to your about ELC?
unorganized set up, group interview style with 3 basic interview questions about why you wanna work there and how you handle feedback, and then a group activity to see how you work with groups
Positive overall but important to be prepared as towards the last stages can be really specific and quite complex. But all the interviewers were friendly and receptive and informative, so a good process overall.
