Filled out an online form with the usual application questions. Was soon contacted to carry out and online video interview. After successfully passing that a face to face interview was offered with the area manager.

Video interview for basic overview, then in person. Offered the job on the spot subject to in store management decisions (which was fine) overall process was ok, relatively laid back and comfortable / straightforward

Process took a bit longer than normal due to Covid 19 restrictions. Many of the employees got sick and they had to close the store due to coverage. Connected very well with the management and team.
