Interview
This was the most arduous process I've ever undertaken. First, phone interview with center manager. Then, in person interview followed by 3 hour design test, followed by review of test by manager and district manager. I also was interviewed by regional manager and one other design center manager on the same day. Then the prospective employee must pass the CEOs approval. Only the did I get the offer of employment.

No difficult questions. Just a difficult design test!
It is thorough and you need to complete a design assignment. If you know what you are doing, it’s very fun. It took over a month to get hired, so be patient.

It took a while to get the final confirmation of being hired. First interview leads to a second work session interview. Extra effort is likely to secure your spot in the company.
fairly easy. Completed first round. designers are expected to meet monthly goal of selling $60k - if selling cap not met (ex. you only sell $50K) the extra amount (ex. $10k not met) will carry on to the next month. met with two managers, both whom were professional and friendly.
