I got a call from Ethos group for an interview after talking to one of their representatives at my University career fair. The first meeting was very easy going and more personal. The interviewer asked more questions that were specified towards your life experiences and to know what kind of personality you have. So don't be worried about technical questions regarding the job title. The interviewer I had was also very calm and easy going. It was fun talking to him.

Was a series of 3 interviews: consisted of one person coming to my campus for an in-person interview. Then a second interview with a hiring manager followed by an interview on-site.
