Ethos Group Business/Finance Manager interview questions

I had applied through my Universities Career and Employment Services. I was contacted last spring about interviewing for a full-time position. My interview process was pretty long with about 5-6 interviews over the span of 6 months (only because I graduate in December). I had some concern that this wasn't a major company compared to the others I received offers from but what comforted me the most was 1) it was through my University 2) I have a family member that works on the lending side and works with F&I Managers all the time. I worked with Nate Blevins the most and he was a great help. He and Heather answered all my questions to the fullest extent and was always available.

The interview process was pretty intense. 5 interviews required meeting various levels of management. Some interviews had "homework" to prepare for before. All rep's/management very easy to speak with so it made the interview process easy going.
