Applied online, was contacted within two weeks of applying to interview with a recruiter. A few days later had second interview with manager of position. Both calls lasted about 30-45 minutes.

Tell me a little bit about yourself and why Etsy is the right place for you.
Cold applied to the role and was invited for a phone screening. Phone screen questions were standard in gauging my interest and experience. Call went very well and was told I'd get an update the following week once the hiring manager returned from PTO.
Felt optimistic but never got an update; I sent a polite follow-up email 2 weeks after the call and did not get a response. Disappointing to say the least; initials of the recruiter are SC.
