I applied online and got a phone interview. Initially I was told that the interview was just a personality screening/opportunity to ask questions, but the day before the interview they said that there would also be a coding question. Over the phone, we discussed things from my resume and what the company culture was like, and at the very end, there was a quick technical question on coderpad.io.
They contact me via linkedin, then I was interviewed by a very kind woman who told me all the benefits and ask me my economic expectations, then I have the technical interview with two developers
