Met the heads of the company at a special career fair, very personable. Took a month to hear anything back but after that the process was quick. It was clear they took the time to learn extensively about my personal projects and previous work. First was a non-technical phone interview just to get to know what kind of position or fit I was most interested in. They scheduled an on-site that very conversation. I decided to schedule it a month away because of my schedule at the time, but they were willing to do it that week. Went in to the office, great atmosphere and culture. The interview lasted a very long time. They said it was 4 hours but it ended up being 5. It consisted of around 6 1-on-1 interviews. They were all completely technical, although they gave time for other questions I had. I did well on one or two but did poorly on quite a few of them. A big factor is fatigue, I would recommend taking their offers for water breaks which I did not. By the last interview I was very fatigued and that was probably the most important one. Got an email claiming no-offer a few days later. All the interviewers were personable.
