Phone screen before in person interview. Was asked to describe my professional experience and was asked to consider a couple of hypothetical questions. Most of the interview emphasized my background in addition to why I wanted to work at Eurofins Lancaster Labs, and why I felt I would be a good fit for their company. Entire interview did not take more than one hour. Be familiar with your experience, be able to describe any research endeavors or papers, and research the history of the company. Interview overall was straightforward.

Met with two members of the team who seemed were concerned mostly with the quantity of cells lines that I have handled at once. The process is definitely more about your skills than personality.

Interview
I got a phone screening then had interviews with two different team members. This was quite awhile ago, so the interview was in person. In general, it pretty easy- some personality questions and more questions about how much experience I had and with what than in depth technical questions. I got an offer, but I ended up taking a high salary at a much smaller company, which seemed like a better fit for me. My experience was limited but overall it was positive.

Interview
The first interview is usually an introductory one. Then, if accepted, you will be contacted by the hiring manager. Which could take from two days to 2 weeks for the hiring manager to contact you. If rejected, sometimes you won't be contacted by the company at all.
