Interview
I applied to the position in April and was contacted a week later. From there, I would receive calls from various Human Resources employees to ask me questions about my experience and trying to get me in touch with the right person to interview with. I had a phone interview in May and was told I would be contacted within two weeks about my status. It's been two months now and I still haven't heard anything. I try to contact someone but only get voicemail. The position is still open and I'm still trying to see what's going on.

It was a simple n easy process, phone call with recruiter and then 60 min meeting with hiring manager. I received offer in 2 weeks after call with hiring manger

It was a virtual interview on Microsoft Teams. The interviewer gave me the opportunity to, and expected me to, ask several questions at the beginning of the interview before asking me theirs.

Interview
As soon as I begun to answer the questions I could tell that I would not be getting any follow up interviews from them. Many of the questions asked were not about my experience and or skills that I carry but rather about behavioral situations. Ironically the position I applied for is meant to be a lab research position where I run assays.
