Worst interview of my career, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT ALL. I gave two rounds of interviews on Saturday. all went well. Then HR asked me to submit my all documents ASAP. I did that within hours. Then I waited for a week for an update from HR, Finally, I got a mail saying that I will get a call from the Offer management team, but again it didn't happen. I had to run behind them. Then finally I got a call from HR and she said that I am selected and she explained all the companies policies, employee benefits as HRs do in all companies. Then HR said that she will release the offer letter soon and I waited again for a week and HR didn't respond then also. I had to again catch them. HR called finally and said sorry we don't have the budget for this position. Then I asked what is the maximum budget for this role and she said its same as your current CTC. Is this professionalism at all? IS this justifies at all? I am never going to give an interview in this company
