Interview
First round: 15 minutes phone interview with recruiter. Basic, just to go over your technical skills and expertise. And some HR questions.
Second round: 1 hour video interview on Teams. Interviewers will talk first 10 minutes about the company, themselves and the position.

Question 1
Be prepare to define your long term goals and expectations very thoughtfully. Be prepared to answer details of specific protocol/procedure related specific technique related to job position. Lastly, use STAR approach for troubleshooting questions.
Pretty straightforward. I met with two of the managers from the department. They asked me some questions about my experience and expectations. They also gave me the opportunity to ask my own questions.

Interview
I had a scheduled interview that was confirmed by the Talent Engagement Team. One the day that I was scheduled to have a call, the recruiter reached out to me that something had come up and she needed to reschedule so we agreed on and confirmed a new time to speak. I did not hear from anybody at the confirmed time. I reached out a few minutes into the scheduled time to ask if the meeting was still at a good time, but never heard anything back.
3 rounds, HR->technical->on site visit. HR phone screen was about 30 mins with basic BQ and introduction to the role. Technical round was 1 hour with team members and the manager.
