3 interviews with HR Colleagues Manager for each held online. Each interview were around 1 hour. Totaly I told with 6 people. They focused the problem which they held at the time and they looks they didn’t read the resume well.

It takes 12 members of team to interview one person for over hour, that was one expensive interview where in the end no one in their right mind would take their job offer. Its always flattering when it takes 12 to challenge my intelligence, when I have interviewed candidates solo for previous employers.
