Very poor communication. Between the job posting on Indeed, the phone screening, and the interview there was a lot of contradictory information: - Went from a typical lab position to one focused on animal handling - Mon-Fri, 9-5:30 schedule turned into "expected to arrive at 7am", "can't leave until all tasks are done and reported," and "required to fill in on weekends as needed with one week's notice" - Was told I could have a week to make a decision on the job offer when asked, then suddenly pushed to make a decision within 48 hours The manager who interviewed me seemed helpfully honest about what the job demanded, but every other step of the process came across as uncoordinated if not intentionally manipulative.
