Two rounds of interviews. The first was easy/ as expected, while the second interview was more like a tour. I was introduced to a lot of people and told very specific details about the job I would be performing and what days I would be coming in. Afterwards, I wasn't offered the position.

Question 1
Q: Are you willing to work after hours when necessary?
Easy process. I got interviewed by 2 different managers and they wanted to know if I could follow directions, willing to work overtime if needed, and open to learning. I got a tour afterwards.
Polite interview. Two lab supervisors and one human resource staff member. Lasts forty five minutes and they were very friendly. They were helpful. I got the job but declined due to some personal reasons.

Interview
Very nice and welcoming people. The first interview was with HR and focused on cultural fit, values, and motivation. The second was with the manager, covering technical skills, particularly analytical chemistry, teamwork, and problem-solving. Overall, it was a positive and engaging experience that gave me a good impression of the company culture and expectations.
