When you initially apply, you will be contacted soon after you submit your application. It will only be a recruiter, and they will kind of do a mini phone interview with you under the guise of "getting to know you". Afterwards, it is up to the recruiter to decide whether or not you get a formal interview. If you are selected for the interview, you will then get an email with a list of times for the week. You have to pick three times that you are available for an interview. The interview is an hour long, and there are two interviewers. You are interviewed separately by each person for 30 minutes; they may ask similar questions, but you can use the same answers. Answers are not (according to what I was told) shared between interviewers. After the interview, they ask that you give them about a week before they reach out to you. I received a job offer within two days of my interview.
