I went through 3 different people. Initially, I had a phone interview with a recruiter. Then I was sent to another interviewer who was also a recruiter for the location I was interested in. After that I went on to an in person interview where they hired me on the spot.

One interesting question they asked was whether or not I was motivated by money or helping people.
Apex made it easy from the recruiter to signing papers. Everyone has been so helpful and nice really feels like a family. Interview process was fairly quick and easy. Im excited to work for a company that cares for employees.

There are 2 interviews one is a phone call asking you the regular interview questions (behavioral), 2nd interview is a panel via zoom, they give you a run down of what to expect if you get hired. Then they give you a chance to ask questions, and at the very end they ask 1-2 questions. It was really quick, and everyone was super nice.

Why should we choose you vs another candidate?
It was a one on one interview with a friendly recruiter. Interview was around 10-15 minutes. Questions were very typical interview questions about career goals, strengths and weaknesses, and expectations.
