1. They were set up at UGA Career Fair. I had a good conversation with them.
2. Their corporate recruiter called me about the position details and invited me to the on-campus interview.
3. Had a 40-minute interview with a manager from the Atlanta office. We went over my resume thoroughly. These questions were more revolved around the sales aspect of the job and how I feel about it. He mentioned wanting to set up time for another interview.
4. One week later, I get a call from the same man about setting up time for the on-site interview in Atlanta. (1.5 weeks out)
5. Corporate recruiter contacts me about the next interview and how to prepare for it.
6. On-site interview: I meet with the same manager at the office. He lets me sit in a call with a lead recruiter who's sourcing and selecting candidates. I have an interview with another manager then the last interview with two professional recruiters. All pleasant and professional.
7. Manager says he will get back to me by the end of the week. He called me the next day to offer me a job. Corporate recruiter gives me the details.
8. I reviewed the offer and accepted it 4 days later!
*I say that the interview process was only average difficulty because I felt that I connected well with the company's values and it made it easier to be myself in the process. They definitely weed out people who aren't looking for a sales-based lifestyle.*
