Recruiter sent me 2 roles to see if I would be interested. Followed up a few times via phone and email but no response. Was told by her manager that so many resumes to review. Finally reached another person and told not a fit for either role. JD did not reflect what they needed.

A thorough interview process that deep dives into your sales background, quota + attainment, sales cycle lengths, entrepreneurial spirit/ disposition, and thought processing. Beyond this, you will meet with various managers who will assess you for culture fit (they like hungry go-getters and people-persons who aren't afraid to pick up the phone)
Call with recruiter as a 1st step then had a video call with the manager who was hiring for the role. She then had me meet with one other manager as a final step before I received my offer!
