Easy you meet with recruiter then hiring manager and then one more person then you get it. Not too bad at all. No role play and no presentation. I would say the only difficult part is that you have to pick a industry and do some reach on it to prove you will do the work.

Zoom interview followed by a request to do a "sourcing challenge" this felt very performative and dismissive. Sourcing is a minor aspect of the recruiting process and to have to do a test on this before being able to speak to a hiring manager was unfair.
