Recruiter contacted me vial email to schedule an interview with all the managers accepting RN residents although I only applied to one unit. During interview, they made me feel pretty comfortable. I had a panel of 3 med-surg managers interview me for about 15-20 min and then time for questions. All three units offered me a job later that afternoon
