I rarely get offended with poor recruitment processes, but this was bad! Contracted recruiter reached out to me directly on the phone with no scheduled and asked me a series of unprepared questions that he could've gotten from my resume. He then asked me awkward questions about the interview that he could have asked the interviewer. I then talked to the CFO, had a great conversation, and then was ghosted.
