Interview
I was filling in for a woman who had left on maternity leave unexpectedly early. I had expected to be there only a few months. I initially interviewed with another sales development manager in person and then on another day I interviewed with the departmental vice president. I started very soon after.

Question 1
Mostly they described what I would be doing -- preparing sales proposals in PowerPoint for clients under the direction of a more senior sales development manager, who was the person I was referred by. In addition, they asked me what kinds of writing I had done before, when I could start, and if I'd be available Monday through Friday.
