The interview was arranged via an external recruitment agency.
The interview took place at Kindertons main offices in Crewe, Cheshire (in the middle of no-where).
I was interviewed by 2 senior staff members.
The interview was straight forward enough, a general introduction of the company and the services they provide and future aspirations.
Not a lot of thought put behind the questions asked of the interviewee as at one point one of the interviewers asked the other "What do you ask XX with their level of experience?"
I had to provide a presentation of my initial 30-60-90 days, but due to the long introduction and subsequent questions, the presentation was abandoned.
I left on a positive as the interviewers were courteous and the interview was relaxed.
And then the wait.... nearly 2 weeks for feedback. During this time I attended a further 2 interviews. Candidates shouldn't need / won't wait for feedback to take this long, if you want to hire someone tell them there and then, don't expect them to wait around for you to make a decision, they're trying to secure their next job.
In retrospect, I'm glad they didn't hire me, it would have been a waste of my experience.
