The process were three standard rounds and was coordinated within a timely matter (entire process took 3 weeks from the first recruiter contact to determining the first day of the job) . The recruiter I coordinated with was available and helpful after making through the initial recruiter process. The second will be with the Director of ID along with two senior Instructional Designers ( they are looking for collaboration, culture, motivations and general ID knowledge). The last interview will test your ability to develop a deliverable and present the rationale behind design decisions to a panel( Manager of Facilitators, Director of Instructional Design, Trainers, SVP of Talent Development, the rest of the ID Team.
