I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Exiger (Toronto, ON) in Nov 2022
Interview
Contacted through email by a recuiter. Asked some question about my background. Took a week for the recuiter to respond back, asked if I am interested in a different role and sent a schedule to select my availability for an interview. Selected multiple time slots and notified recuiter through email. No response until 2 weeks later saying the company decided to move on. The interviews and reviews for this company speaks for itself.
The process was way too long. 5 interviews and 2 technical assessments (plus a few screening phone calls with HR). At some point companies need to stop wasting people's time.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Exiger
Interview
I had a fantastic experience during my interview at the company. The team was welcoming, the process was smooth, and I felt valued throughout. It was a positive and rewarding experience!

Question 1
They asked me about my university experience, specifically how I managed my time and balanced academic commitments, considering I had no working experience. It was a great way to highlight my organizational and problem-solving abilities.
